Working to ensure the affordability and accessibility of higher education, Rep. Marguerite Quinn is joined by Gov. Tom Corbett and higher education leaders in talking about her legislation to ensure financial aid is available to middle-income students pursuing a higher education.During a press conference at Delaware Valley College, Quinn discussed the details of House Bill 1213, which creates a grant program within the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) to serve students who: come from families with a total annual household income not exceeding $110,000, demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and are at least half-time enrolled in a PHEAA-approved program of study.
